Do you have Soy free options?
Most of our menu is soy free! We have an allergy matrix and nutrition menu available on our website. Feel free to visit our Nutritionals page to learn more.
Do you have Vegetarian/Vegan Options?
Yes, we are proud to serve our El Bandito patty – made from black beans & veggies.
You can make these burgers vegan by swapping to Veganaise and a Smoked Vegan Gouda on our housemade Whole Wheat Bun! Our whole wheat bun is 100% vegan, made with cane syrup and oil (not honey and butter).
Our Fries are also vegan, and cooked in in Mel Fry Oil, a clean, clear vegetable oil designed to be allergen-free and to allow the natural flavor of the potato to shine through.
Do you have Gluten Free Options?
Yes, much of our menu is or can be made gluten free! We also make a gluten-free bun from scratch in our restaurants. To see the full GF Menu, click here.

Ordering To-go
Can I cancel my order after I've submitted it?
When you order online, it's sent to our restaurant team right away, so it can be prepared quickly for you. That makes canceling orders tricky. If you really must cancel, please call our restaurant directly.
Can I Order Beer/Wine/Cocktails To Go?
Yes! Where permitted by local laws we'll have bottled beer, wine and cocktails available for purchase.
Can I Pay When I Pick Up My Order?
The most secure way to pay is by ordering online. For call-in orders, you will pay at pick-up. You can stay in your car, and we’ll take care of it inside. We do not process payments over the phone.

Do you cater?
We do not offer catering services, you can order for delivery at Hopdoddy.com.
Who should I contact if I have a delivery issue?
If you ordered through Hopdoddy.com our team is ready to help, click here to give us feedback on your experience. For issues or questions about orders from one of our delivery partners (DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates or Favor) please contact them directly for help.
Can I cancel my delivery after I've submitted my order?
When you order delivery, it's sent to our restaurant team and courier partner right away, so it can get to you quickly. That makes canceling orders tricky. If you really must cancel, please call our restaurant directly.
Can I track my delivery order?
Yes, check the link in your order confirmation email.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver in different distance radiuses around our restaurants, generally that’s around 5 miles. To confirm if delivery is available in your area, click here.
Reservations
Do you take reservations?
No, but you can use our new virtual waitlist (select locations), check the location details page and just click “join waitlist”. For other needs please contact your local Hopdoddy directly.
Fundraising & Donation Requests
Do you have fundraising events?
Our restaurants host local give back nights as fundraisers - one chosen night where guests visit and mention the partner charitable organization and a portion of the proceeds from the sales are donated to them. How do I request a monetary donation or sponsorship?

Gift Cards
Where can I purchase gift cards for Hopdoddy?
You can get them at any of our restaurants or online here. Hopdoddy gift cards are also sold in select retailers and online programs, but avoid purchasing from social media platforms and auction sites, as those are not approved sellers and may be fraudulent.

What is this newfangled Card Linked Gifting you offer?
A Card Linked Gift is a product powered by our partner PerfectGift.com. Recipients of a Hopdoddy eGift can select this option, letting them to link the gifted funds to a preferred Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit card they already have and then use that card to pay for an order with Hopdoddy. After payment, their card account will be automatically credited the amount spent up to the gifted value. With this solution there is no additional cards to keep track of, your gifted funds are always with you and ready to redeem!
eGift recipients will also have the choice to receive a standard eGift Card for use as a traditional gift card if the newfangled option is not their speed.

Oh no, unfortunately gift cards are treated like cash and we cannot replace them for you.

Do gift cards expire or have any fees?
No, Hopdoddy’s gift cards do not expire or carry any fees.
What are the Hopdoddy gift card terms and conditions?
Usable only at participating Hopdoddy Burger Bar and Grub Burger Bar restaurants. Not redeemable for cash unless law requires. Doesn’t expire. Reloadable. Safeguard.
